Condo 100 - Introductory Course 2023
We are pleased to Welcome all Condo Directors to this introductory course. It is a pleasure to connect with you.
The course will be provided by Zoom. Participants may choose to use computers or other devices making it easier to read the screen.
The course will be held on three separate evenings as follows:
Tuesday April 25, 2023, Part 1, at 7pm for approximately 1.5 - 2 hours. This session covers Types of Condos, Condo Terminology, Director Responsibilities, Governance.
Wednesday April 26,2023, Part 2, at 7pm, approximately 1.5 - 2 hours. This session covers Bylaws, Communication, Meetings, Finance, Reserve Funds,
Thursday April 27, 2023, Part 3, at 7pm for approximately 1.5 - 2 hours. This session covers Insurance, Estoppels, Management styles.
Cost is as follows:
- CCI Condo Members: $135.00 +GST = $141.75. Includes the printed hard copy of the course material and power point slide handout.
Or
- CCI Condo Members: $110 +GST = $115.50. You will receive a PDF emailed copy of the course material and power point slide handout.
- Non CCI Members: $325.00 + GST = $341.25. You can choose either a printed hard copy or emailed PDF copy of the course material and power point slide handouts.

Zoom details will be emailed to all registered and paid members. The Zoom meeting access will be open 10 minutes prior to the commencement of each session.
