Condo 200 – Financial & Insurance Information for Condominiums
Saturday November 18 and Saturday November 25, 2023, 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
We suggest that the Condo 100 course be taken before enrolling in the condo 200 course.
The Condo 200 course will be offered virtually via Zoom. When signing up, you will be given an option to attend a hybrid session. With enough interest we will attempt to accommodate a hybrid option. We recommend that those participating via Zoom use a computer instead of other devices, making it easier to read the information on the screen.
Part 1 and Part 2 on Saturday November 18, 2023: Financial Responsibilities, Year End Statements, Reserve Funds & Reserve Studies
Part 3 and Part 4 on Saturday November 25, 2023: Estoppel preparation, Insurance and Records Retention
Deadline for Registration: Saturday November 11, 2023

The cost is as follows:
Non-printed option, CCI Members: $110 +GST = $115.50. You will receive a PDF emailed copy of the course material and power point slide handout.
Printed option, CCI Members: $135.00 +GST = $141.75. Includes the printed hard copy of the course material and power point slide handout.
Non CCI Members: $325.00 + GST = $341.25. You can choose either a printed hard copy or emailed PDF copy of the course material and power point slide handouts.

Zoom details will be emailed to all registered and paid members. The Zoom meeting access will be open 15 minutes prior to the commencement of each session. The session will be recorded, and participants will receive a link to view the replay.
