We are a members based organization that is there to support our local Condominium's, the Board's that manage them, and the owners who live in them. We also work with businesses that primarily work with Condo's.
For liability reasons, our office is unable to provide advice on personal and/or specific challenges or problems you may be experiencing in your own condominium.
We encourage you to seek professional assistance by contacting a CCI professional member (whether they are lawyers, accountants, property managers, reserve fund study providers, insurance agents, engineers or realtors) identified on the CCI Chapter website. These professionals have extensive experience in servicing condominiums and those with the ACCI designation (Associate of the Canadian Condominium Institute) have been successfully examined by CCI.
